The Pocket 2 incorporates a wide 20mm, 93° angle-of-view lens, a 1/1.7" sensor, and a 3-axis gimbal stabiliser for smooth movement and simple pan-and-tilt control. It can record up to cinematic 4K60 video at 100 Mb/s and up to 64MP still photos onto a microSD card with a capacity of 256GB. In addition to noise reduction and a zoom function that matches your camera's zoom to capture enhanced audio in a closer shot, the four microphones let you record enhanced stereo audio. The zoom capabilities of the camera are 8x for still images, 4x for 1080p video and audio, 3x for 2K video, and 2x for 4K video.
With preset shooting patterns, camera motions, filters, and soundtracks, you can enhance your footage using the Mimo app from DJI and an iOS or Android smartphone. Basic editing and adding glamour effects don't even require the app, and you can easily turn on motion-lapse with just one touch. Using the app, you can live stream your video to the internet. The sweets bar-sized Pocket 2 offers intelligent features like Story Mode, Active Track 3.0, hyper-lapse, panorama, and motion-lapse to create compelling creative effects, in contrast to a comparable-sized smartphone. To capture expansive views of a landscape, choose between 180° and 3 x 3 panoramic shots.
The Pocket 2 has a rechargeable battery that allows the camera to record for up to 140 minutes and a passive cooling system that quietly dissipates heat. A cover, a small control stick, a tripod mount that fits 1/4"-20 tripods, a wrist strap, a power cable, and USB Type-C and Lightning smartphone adapters are all included in the box.
