IN-STORE PICKUP

RetinaPix Store offers an in-store pickup option so that you may collect your order directly from our local store at a time that is convenient for you rather than waiting for a shipment to be sent to your residence or place of work.

If there's no physical address to deliver your order, you can select the Pickup option during checkout to complete the order. Please note, that even though a PO Box is considered to be a physical address, we do not deliver orders there. In this case, as well, you can opt for the Pickup option and collect your order from our regional store.


Place an Online Pickup Order On RetinaPix Store

During checkout, choose the Pickup option as shown below and the pickup location will be displayed on the screen.

Once you have successfully placed your order for Pick up our team will contact you via call, email, or WhatsApp to let you know an estimated pickup date and timings.
Simply place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation). Bring your ID, Payment method ( Cash, Credit/Debit cards, UPI or Wallets ( Paytm, PhonePe, GPay ), and order number to the store and pick up your items.

We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment. If you can’t pick up your order within 5 days and you don’t want it to be canceled, kindly connect with us for extended pickup options

In locations where Store Pickup is available, you can buy items online and pick them up in a store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.

Collect Your Order

When your package is ready for pickup, you receive an email notification or message on WhatsApp. Please find the below store details;

The store address and its working hours are included in these notifications.

At the store, present a valid photo ID for the purpose of verification.

The following IDs are accepted:

  • Voter ID card
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Employee ID card with photo
  • ID cards provided by institutions such as Student ID cards with photo

If you can't make it to reach our Pickup Store, you can send a friend or relatives on your behalf to collect your package. They must show a copy of your photo ID, signed by you. Kindly Collect your package within five days of it arriving at the store.


Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items will be available for pickup on or after their release date.


A few more things to know:

  • There’s no extra charge for Store Pickup
  • Products may be larger than expected due to their packaging; please keep this in mind when considering what vehicle you use to pick up your order
  • Allow extra time to pick up large items like TVs and appliances
  • Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for Store Pickup
  • You can cancel a Store Pickup order anytime
  • To switch from Store Pickup to Shipping, let us know within 5 days
  • To switch from Shipping to Store Pickup, let us know within 30 minutes
  • Some items may not be immediately available for pickup at your local store, Some items usually arrive at our store within 3 to 7 business days. We'll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup.
