How do I pay for a RetinaPix Store purchase?

RetinaPix Store offers you multiple payment methods.  Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that RetinaPix Store's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Credit//Debit Cards, Net Banking, Gift Cards, UPI & Wallet to make your purchase. RetinaPix Store also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Rupay, and Diners credit/debit cards in India.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on the RetinaPix Store?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on the RetinaPix Store. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay when you pay via UPI. However, there is a certain % of convenience fee as per the below table which is added during final checkout if you choose a payment method other than UPI eg ( Net banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets )

Is Cash on Delivery Option Available on RetinaPix Store?

At this time, "Cash on Delivery" is not an option for purchasing items from the RetinaPix Store. Even so, it will probably be implemented soon.


How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India


Credit Cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Rupay & Diners cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.


Debit Cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Rupay & Diners cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.


Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on the RetinaPix Store?

Your online transaction on the RetinaPix Store is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. Yes. RetinaPix Store offers you the convenience of using your bank's Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this, you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.


Can I make a credit/debit card or Internet Banking payment on the RetinaPix Store through my mobile?

Yes, you can make credit card payments through the RetinaPix Store mobile site and application. RetinaPix Store uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.


What is the RetinaPix Store credit card EMI option?

With RetinaPix Store Zero/Low-Cost credit card EMI option you can easily pay in easy installments with a 0% effective interest rate.


How does Zero/Low-Cost EMI Works?

Post adding items to the cart, during checkout customers choose the EMI payment option and select their preferred debit/credit card issuing bank partner.


Customer Selects an EMI Plan

Customer selects saved/adds card details and an EMI plan of their choice from a number of duration options.


Customer Completes the Transaction

EMI

The customer completes the transaction by entering the OTP and the order gets placed.

There is NO processing fee charged for availing RetinaPix Store EMI payment option. On return or exchange, the interest charged by the bank till that time will not be refunded by the RetinaPix Store.

You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund, or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.

How do I make a payment using RetinaPix's credit card EMI option?

Once you've added the desired items to your RetinaPix shopping cart, proceed with your order as usual by entering your address. When you're prompted to choose a payment mode for your order, select 'EMI' & follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose your credit card issuing bank you wish to pay from
  2. Select the EMI plan of your preference
  3. Enter your credit card details
  4. Click 'Save and Pay'

Please note that the full amount will be charged to your card on the day of the transaction.
