Do you produce videos for social media? Snap selfies? When engaging in any sport, such as skiing, surfing, biking, running, or driving, should you record video or photos? With the Osmo Action 4K Camera, DJI has you covered. This tiny action camera's 1/2.3" CMOS sensor and wide f/2.8 lens combine to provide professional-quality high-resolution video no matter where the action is.

The Osmo Action's compact body is packed with a variety of high-resolution functions. It features DJI's RockSteady Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), captures slow-motion video at rates up to 1080p240, supports up to 4K60 HDR video recording, and can also work in time-lapse and hyperlapse modes. When capturing still pictures, the camera will automatically switch to Portrait mode when rotated 90 degrees and can record still pictures with a resolution of up to 12MP in raw or JPG format. The camera supports High Dynamic Range (HDR) and has a broad dynamic range to make transitions between light and dark easier when recording in 4K30 format. Every image and video is stored to a microSD card that can accommodate microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards with a minimum write speed of 30 Mb/s and a maximum capacity of 256GB.

The tiny frame of this pocket-sized camera miraculously accommodates not just one, but two displays. The rear 2.25 "A 16:9 display covering the full back of the device has a clear 640 x 360 resolution. 1.4 in the front "While you're in the action or snapping selfies, you may preview your image on the 320 × 320 square display that is placed directly next to the lens. Both displays have touchscreen controls, which free up valuable housing space from the obtrusive traditional buttons. A helpful screen locking switch is located on the side of the housing so that nothing may be unintentionally pressed on the touchscreen while filming. Using the DJI Mimo app on an iOS or Android smartphone, the Osmo Action may also be operated through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

A maximum ISO of 3200, a dewarp mode to eliminate wide-angle FOV bending, custom setting modes for rapid access, two microphones, dual speakers, and a removable LiPo battery are further extras. Because the Osmo Action is waterproof up to 36' deep, you may swim, snorkel, and surf while wearing your camera without risk. With a separately sold waterproof housing, the Osmo Action may be submerged to 197' for even deeper underwater adventures. Because of how sturdy its original housing is, it can readily sustain drops from heights of up to 5'.

Accessories in the box include a mounting frame, a USB Type-C cable, a quick release base, a flat adhesive mount, a curved adhesive mount, and a connector screw for connecting the mounting frame to a compatible action mount.
