To register, you’ll need to visit our signup page and You are welcome to create a free browse account on RetinaPix Store. To create your account you need to enter your email and password and then simply click on Signup else you can also signup using your Google or Facebook account.

How can I view or change my account information?
In order to view or change your account details, you need to first login into your account and you will be automatically redirected to your account dashboard. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing details and edit your password and account details.
How do I change the address in my account?
To change your address you need to login into your account dashboard and click on "Addresses". From here you can add or edit your billing and shipping addresses in your account. This address will be used to ship your products and create billing.

How to Purchase a Product on the RetinaPix Store?
At first you need to choose your desired product from our online store either by using our search bar, home page, categories, by applying product filters, product recommendations on our blog or simply by surfing our website. Then you need to add the product to cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout page you need to fill your shipping and billing details and pay securely via credit/debit card, netbanking, upi or wallet through Razorpay.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We make every effort to make your checkout experience smooth and secure. Once your payment is successful we immediately generate your order ID based on which your order will be dispatched. This process usually takes 3-7 days depending on your location in India.
At what locations does the RetinaPix Store deliver their products?
RetinaPix Store receives and delivers orders across India. As of now we do not process orders outside India.
What are the delivery requirements from my products?
Once your product reaches your doorstep by the courier so you need to sign and receive your shipment. You should be available at the location that you have added in your shipping details at RetinaPix Store. We deliver delicate and prestigious products that should be handled with care and so it cannot be routed or picked up from any other location other than your shipping address. What to do if the received item is damaged or has missing items upon delivery?
RetinaPix Store takes every measure to ensure that your delivery is secure and appropriate as per the details of the product mentioned on the product description page. Still if you feel that you have received damaged, defective or missing items upon delivery so you need to immediately contact us within 2 days of delivery so that we could initiate a claim process with the carrier on your behalf.
Does the RetinaPix Store offer Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping on a variety of products that are available on our website for sale. Shipping charges depend on which product you choose to get delivered and location of delivery. You can see shipping charges on your cart page before you checkout your product. Usually your order should be greater than ₹10,000/- to be eligible for free delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched for delivery you may still be able to change your shipping address. All communications related to your shipment will be shared on your registered email. In order to change your delivery location after placing an order you first need to update your shipping address on our website and contact us and share with us your order id and tracking number so that we could inform you on a timely basis.
Returns & Exchange
What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy on RetinaPix Store that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or our Returns policy. Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on store.retinapix.com
How do I return an Item?
To raise a return request kindly visit our contact us page and please write to us within 48 hours after receiving your shipment. Please do mention your invoice id, reason for return and attach any supporting document or image for review.
Why is my return request not entertained?
We try our level best to provide you a satisfactory response but we also require some time to properly investigate the issue and we do care about your shipment which is always at our first priority. There might be 2 main reasons due to which your return request is not entertained. At first it does not comply with our return policy and secondly the request might have been raised after the standard 48 hours return window as per our policy.
How do I check the status of my return?
Once you raise your return request kindly allow us at least 2-3 business days to get back to you, and once your return is received and processed we will contact you via email with updates. If you still need any additional information you can feel free to contact us.
Can I exchange an ordered item?
If the item that you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page or has missing parts or accessories then it shall be eligible for replacement provided the exact item that you ordered and should be available. Exchange of product will not be possible for ordered items as per our policy.
